About the event
Celebrate the Autumn Equinox and World Gratitude Day with a special kids’ workshop at Stardust Sanctuary! This 2-hour drop-off program invites children to enjoy a cozy barnyard story time, hands-on activities, and creative play in a safe, nurturing environment.
We’ll begin with The Gratitude Dish, a heartwarming story that encourages us to notice life’s simple joys. Children will then work together to prepare a big, colorful fruit salad—a sweet reminder that when everyone contributes, we create something beautiful to share. To celebrate the harvest season, each child will also make a fall craft to take home as a keepsake.
Along the way, we’ll pause to reflect on what we’re grateful for and how we can carry gratitude into our everyday lives—just as the animals at Stardust remind us to savor small moments.
